all day they call and cut off. after actual answering and they spoke on round the tenth time of ringing in 1 day, you get some snappy pushy person demanding to speak to the sky account holder PLEASE! do these ppl not realise the hassle they cause as some ppl are not as agile as others and it takes alot of effort to keep on having to answer the phone to find noone is there!!
