Clearly had knowledge of my home insurance renewal details, was fairly concise and polite, gave all relevant details for me to check with regard to his company, however he required my bank account number before insurance renewal details could be sent out. I do not give that out on what was essentially a cold call, if the company was the one that I used previously used, then presumably the renewal will be sent out anyway.

Later I checked messages only to find I had "sent " a text to them,a land line number ,.How can that be ????????????
