Most likely Wescot. Halifax had passed my credit card debt to them two deal with so was expecting a call.

Getting hammered by these guys for a guy who had my new mobile number6 years ago. Limitations says the debt is spent in the UK but they keep coming ... referred them to Vodafone a's they were collecting for them. Ironic as voDanone gave me this new number against an old debt they were processing ....

my number is ex directory - they do not have my permission to call my number - they are known to chase debts over 6 tears old. which should be cancelled after this amount of time. by phoning they claim it is restarted. they are Frauds. offer one penny if forced But pay not one penny.

called about somone who lived here ages ago. now blocked with call blocked. has susequently rang about 8 times but all blocked so phone doesnt ring at all. good riddance.

Have called non stop for my late brother, explained just that and wes scott stated as i am related i MUST pay debt. However apparent debt was accumulated after his passing they really don't care for facts and when asked for details i.e creditor i was told i cant have that information due to data protection so why the hell ask me to pay for it if i cant get name of creditor to chase it uo with them as FRAUD. AVOID AVOID AVOID answer calls for cold hearted company
AAM replied 2015-04-07 20:34:14they are chancing their luck. Sorry to hear of your brothers passing, but his debt is NOT your responsibility. If it is a credit card,loan or mortgage debt it is worth checking if he had PPI insurance which might cover the debt. If not then any debts he has will be paid off with monies from his estate if he had anything of value to sell. If they keep calling quote the Acts below and also tell them you will be seeking legal advice and suing them for the said breaches. But once the creditors have been told that you’re going through the legal process to deal with the deceased’s estate, they should back off and give you breathing room. Hope you get it sorted -

I had a call at 8:30am today from this number, thankfully our kandline phone has the ability to block incoming calls, what i do know is it mustve been a person on the end and not an autodialler, as the same phone gets unknown numbers to leave a name before i accept or decline the call. It was on silent tho. I
I have had no letters from any company let alone wescott, but as i know they have no powers, especially if they cannot speak to you, i will ignore them! Thanks all that confirmed this number is them! -

Any time after 7:30am to 9:30pm but I never answer a call from them, they persist up to 5 times a day. When I see who it is is I lift and drop the receiver.
I have no debt at all with anyone anywhere.
A most annoying practice, I certainly won't do business with them if they ever approach me. -

Westcott are outsourced debt solutions agency. Nice staff just trying to help you. I have an unpaid bill that they are chasing up for their client. They are not a nuisance call!I wouldn't ignore this if I were you!
