Asian voiced man said he was from "Claims Department of UK Government" so I asked "Which Department?" and he got a bit shirty saying he was the "verification department" not me! Asked for contact details and got a rubbish address of Quey Street, Manchester M98 EX. Prosecute these time-wasters.

said he was from the MINISTRY of Justice!, and that I had incurred bank charges and was owed money. wanted to get my first name and date of birth. I said i was called Jeff - I'm a woman- and gave a false dob before I hung up. Strong male Asian accent - another load of old rubbish and making nuisance of themselves

You will see my entry below. Had 5 phone calls today st my mums. Told him I was reporting him to the Police. Very rude. Have reported the phone number to the Fraud Dept at the police. Have blocked this number as my mother is very confused and causing upset

This company telephoned my mother to say that she was owed money from ppi. Stated they were from the claims advisory group. This is the third time this company has telephoned my mother in a month. my mother has dementia and believes that she is owed the money. It has caused lots of rows as she wont believe me. Already contacted Trading Standards about this company and they in turn reported it to the fraud squad. Im fuming.

There have been several calls from this number and nearly every time they say nothing. Tied to call back to see who they are but always engaged. I would recommend you have nothing to do with this lot

Caller was rude and trying to say he was from a government department offering me a refund from my bank, when questioned which government body he got even ruder and I politely told him what to do with the refund

Claimed to be calling on behalf of a government department about undisclosed bank fees/charges which I should reclaim from my bank. At this point I said you are talking rubbish and the caller hung up.

They said they were sending me a refund of Bank Charges.

She asked for my date of birth and repeated it back to me wrong TWICE. I became suspicious!

I thanked them and offered to call them straight back as I needed to get a pen and some paper. The lady became very agitated and hung up.

Young guy called my mums home number (she's in her 70's) and said that she had over paid money in to her bank and they needed to refund it and started asking for date of birth so she hung up.
Be very careful with company! Avoid speaking to them!!!!
