Proclaimed he was calling from Vodafone (not 'on behalf of', thus immediately committing fraud by not identifying as a third party reseller), that I was eligible to upgrade (I'm not), and proceeded to try and convince me to upgrade through him (I didn't).

The caller said he was calling on behalf of Vodafone and would like to make me offers. I told him that I'm happy with my contract and did not want any calls. He interrupted me and said that I have no idea how good his offer and let them in front of me. I interrupted him and said, "Not interested" and hung up. Why not understand the "No"?
