   2/2 My poor mama! Of course, even after my mom gave them her cc number twice, they didn't remove the virus. They said her computer was in really bad shape from the virus & said they'd have to call her back.
   When they did, she was told it would be additional $. Her total paid, over $700. Same outcome as 1st call. Next time I saw her, I removed the virus for free! DON'T TRUST

   My mom is almost 80 and these SNAKES took her for about $700 in 2 calls. They tell you your computer has a virus, which my mom's did at the time. They offer to take it over remotely and remove the virus. Who wouldn't want that ease. Then they ask for your credit card number.
   
   Today an Indian sounding woman who was extremely hard to understand, even for me who does well with most accents. She said she was with the Windows technical department and calling about a problem with my computer.
   My reply: "No, don't even try and scam me", and hung up the phone. I suggest not answering calls from this phone number but if you do, definitely DON'T trust them!

   Clearly a crook trying to defraud me. Asian voice. Failed to answer basic questions. Pretended to be Windows Technical Dept.
