They tell you that you have been charged extra for a service you don't even know about that they have a refund for you and worst part is they have your details and address.
When they mentioned my real address to me I pretended that it was incorrect and then asked them who they were. they then immediatly hung up on me.
Definatly scammers or looking for information to sell to scammers.
