I'm not buying it. I've worked in mobile phone sales years ago, so know how it all works. Problem is they keep keep keep calling. Very annoying, harassment springs to mind! -

Those who ever call from this number 01509553082 are actually fraudsters, they ask for your details as security but they use your details for fraud.
I phoned Carphone Warehouse and thy had nothing to do with this number, I even was not due for an upgrade! be careful. -

it is carphone warehouse. they had all my existing contract and bank details and were calling to offer me a new phone and contract. Given they were already in possession of all my data and i was in the market for a new phone and contract, i signed up. i do admit they'd called quite a few times though. a bit pushy. still, in the end i got a good deal.

I was contacted by this number who said they were Carphone Warehouse and I was due an upgrade on my phone. I felt the telemarketer was very friendly but was very pushy. Repeating my details over and over. He then had to phone back to say that my address wasn't on their system and that I needed to phone Orange and update even though I have lived at my address for 34 years and had 3 Orange contracts. Needless to say I told them not to bother.
