Took call from man with strong Liverpool accent saying he was calling from tenant association about the damp in my property, he then went on to give my home address and to tell me he could help with my issues. I am not a tenant and I haven't reported any repairs. No idea where he has got my details from.

Strange one this. I missed the call, so called back and after being in a queue, I think the recorded message said something about a fault I had reported on my property? Couldn't go any further as extension 2000 wasn't available. Not had one like this before.
