The usual 3rd party insurance scavengers working on peoples traumatic collisions as a means of making their own profit. Upon my informing them, rather forcibly at this point, that I had been getting multiple calls from such companies daily and to take me off their lists, the girl there told me that they would be calling me again and again and again. "Coz youre horrible."
So.... even if it is a legitimate company, I really wouldn't put too much faith in its mature handling of any kind of case. Avoidance suggested. -

Absolute morons. They phone me about an accident I had, and every time they get it more wrong than the previous time.
They claimed to have assessed my vehicle and written it off, even though the damage was minor. This time they claimed they repaired 'my' Citroen Berlingo, even though that was the other party's vehicle!
How do they honestly expect to sell anything if they can't get the basic facts right?

Yet another bogus claim call, I am at a loss as to how they have details on my accident.
They purport to have personal injury money for me despite there being no injuries!
When asked for their name they get very rude and make threats.
I don't know how they expect to make money with this scam? -

One of a number of calls in the last 18 months following an road accident my wife was involved in and suggesting we could claim for injuries (despite me saying several times there were no injuries).
When I calmly pointed out I'd requested no further contact about this matter I was accused of having an attitude and the caller hung up on me -

This is the second time I was called by this number. The caller, Gary, claimed I had responded positively to their last call on 29/04 to confirm I had been in an accident and wanted further contact with them. Firstly, they called on 29/05 not the date he told me and I advised I had not responded positively. In fact, they had called and then just hung up on me without speaking. 'Gary' claimed I must had pressed 5 by accident confirming I wanted further contact from them which was a lie as the call lasted 3 seconds. He quickly agreed to remove my number when informed I was an insurance investigator and I would report them if they called again.

I have begun to get calls from this number daily. I believe it is an accident insurance company from what other people have said but not sure. I find these calls, and others like them, very stressful and they are increasing.g4ge8

More agravating than untrstworthy (though the latter may well be true from reading on here).
I was on another call just before 5. THREE calls one one of my other lines in the space of a minute or so.... like someone could have died or something... But when I cut short the call I was on to answer the 3rd call, as I went through giving my name, company name the handset was replaced at the other end, then on ringing back I reached a smarmy, impersonal answer service instructing me to leave my details and someone will call me tomorrow.
TOTAL NUISANCE if you ask me and the sort of thing which gets the telemarketing industry a bad name all round
