These scamsters are in fact a bunch of hired liars and thieves who call pretending to be on about "clearing your debts". Their only aim is in fact to enrich themselves at your expense. Scumbags. When will Ofcom do something about these swine? Never, naturally. When will the phone companies? Ditto. Guess why not.

Scamming Scum phoning from India to avoid UK legislation. They claim that they have received information I was involved in an accident and was entitled to £40,000. Having never being involved in an injury accident this is a complete lie. When questioned the caller claimed to have received my number from my insurance company but couldn't give the insurance company name.... in other words a lie. When asked for his name he paused I heard a sheet of paper being turned and he said his name was Frances Friyer....... (his spelling not mine) So he has a girls name and a miss-spelt surname...... Liar. IOC and TPS can not stop these scum the next time I will ask them to put me through to UK lawyers and then sue the lawyers..... You are warned lawyers I will track you down and deal with you legally or otherwise. I and millions of us in the UK are sick and tired of you.
By the way yesterday they wanted to write off my debt.... What debt. Scum -

Automated system and recorded voice called in an unsolicited call re removal of 70% of all my unsecured debts, if I have more than £10k debt! This is actually untrue. I am TPS registered and have also complained to BT who say I have to pay to stop these calls!

Second call from this outfit. This time I was offered up to 70% off of my existing debt which is better than the previous call (21 February) they made to my ex-directory, opted-out telephone number. Another complaint made to the ICO.

They could help me claim the £3700 from the accident I had recently. I told them that the only accident I had had recently was answering this call, but that I would willingly accept the £3700. They hung up. no sense of humour, these people.

I'm getting really sick of these calls now. I am registered with TPS but am called both on my mobile and home number. I actually pressed 5 to speak with someone and she just put the phone down on me. How can these telesales people do this all day long - what a sad life...The TPS obviously has no power what-so-ever...

Apparently I have opted in to receive telephone calls regarding financial services. LIE. I was encouraged to 'press 5' to talk to someone who will send me a package explaining on how I can write off up to 50% of my existing debt or some such rubbish.
