    Claiming to be a company requesting feedback for a recent motor accident insurance claim. Not had a recent claim so asked for his co. phone number and address , but he claimed he didn't have these details for me & also couldn't tell me the name of the insurance co that he was asking for the feedback for. So can only assume this is a scam company that it attempting to harvest personal information for goodness knows what purpose

    I had a call of these jokers again today. They are scamming for business by randomly cold calling numbers. They called me about a month ago...same excuse. My last comment was marked trustworthy in error. They are scammers!!!

    Had a Scouse accent and said they were calling from First Call Ltd carrying out a survey on an accident that I had more than 2 years ago. They said they obtained my information from the insurance company and were checking to make sure that I had received good service. I believe they received this information from "Compare the Market" and not my insurer. Beware they are trying to see if there is an angle to exploit a personal injury claim and the excuse re the survey is just a front. Ask them who their Data Protection Officer is as you wish to make a compliant about the access to your personal data. This will end the call very swiftly!!
