get a call at least twice a week asking me to 'press one for an operator'. It sounds like they are saying they are called 'simply red'. I just hang up but it is annoying.

Just received a call from this lot. She wanted me to confirm some personal details. I said that under no circumstances would I do that as it was an unsolicited call, I then asked her what it was about- she said 'a very serious matter with a mutual client'. I said that I had no connection to Sigma, have no knowledge of them and had no 'clients'. I therefore refused to speak to them further and ended the call- stating that anyone who is in a financial relationship with me has my details already! I have also now blocked their number.

Number trying to call me many times but leaving no info what's it about. I never called back and now blocked the number. People like this should be hung up on the marketplace until they are stiff like they did it some hundreds of years ago. Good old times, how do I miss you!

Am being called by this number - and several like it - (for example 01527 419110)several times a week. They never leave a message and I never pick up numbers I don't expect, I have blocked several of theirs already.
Is there any official body to complain to about them? -

so i paniced and rang all my elderly family members to check on their welfare.

Keep getting random calls from this number, some say marketing some say debt collectors. I owe nothing to anyone so rules out the latter and I an registered with TPS so that SHOULD rule out the first. Upon answering I got 'Can I get your name please?' I said someone calling my number should have my name or the call isn't for me. Seems logical after all!
Response I got was 'Well I do but we can't say it incase you are not the person who can't pay their bills on time.' Cheeky little ba**ard - I wasted no time telling him I was going to make every forum aware of his attitude and he hung up. Seriously police need to investigate these people if they are going to call people like that and be rude without good cause. Love you know how much he's getting paid to act like that.
