Have had letters and now phone calls about a debt that does not exist. They have knowledge of parcels etc that they would not have. These people are scammers. They want your bank details. Give them nothing. Do not answer their calls do not give them information. Even ‘x doesn’t t live here". It’s information. We now never answer calls from anyone we don’t know unless they leave a message that is credible.

Claimed they were contacting me on behalf of my ex-employer, wouldn't speak to me unless I verified my personal details ie address, etc which I refused. Told them that my ex-employer had my contact details if they need to contact me. They then hung up. At this point had left my ex employer over a year ago and they would have said something but never did either my phone, email or by post
