Calls at least once a week, whenever i pick up the call, they wait for me to say hello and then hang up without saying a word.
Heard music in background of call the first time it called and i answered.
Do not answer anymore however they did leave 1 voicemail which was 35 seconds long and did not have one bit of sound on it.

DON'T answer these people. Theyre involved in all sorts of criminal sh*te inc impersonating Council Tax Depts, Sherrif Officers etc. DO NOT keep them on the line or you may find your closest friends & relatives or you, pay for their expensive call. Every time my father goes away some c*** taps his Landline.
