I have phone calls every day from this number, An Automated Message asking for a lady who worked here about 8 years previously.. This is a funeral home, and I am being interuppted dealing with important business to answer the phone for nothing! I called back and told them that there is noone here by that name, and that this is a business.. they said they'd take the number off of the system.. time will tell if they have done so.

I am now being plagued by calls from this number for a person and debt I know nothing about but have also been receiving letters from the same company. Strangely, although the number is the same, the company hounding me are Buchanan, Clark and Wells or BCW Group as they prefer to be known. After calling from that number they immediately try again from a withheld number as if I'm stupid enough not to realise it is them.

I had received a call from them. I was not willing to give them any of
my information.
I was than told that they have a recording that I will not release the information & I do agree to who I am.
I do appreciate that they have job. But where incorrect or nonsense amount demanded by Council, utility companies etc ad where they have been advised in writing about the dispute they still call you and waste your your time. I normally tell them to F... off. Not been brought to behave in this manner. This behaviour is a direct result of their business practises.

I dont have any debts what so ever. My credit file and score is up to date and is excellent. This company calls daily asking me about my debts??? Leaving answer phone messages for people who I have never heard of but they seem to think i am the peroson they want and are chasing when i havent got a clue who it is. Why would i take on someonea debt i dont even know. Ridiculous.
