these people are chasing for money I don't owe! found some advise on the web:
If they are sending threatening correspondance to your home address, send them a letter requesting them to provide written evidence that directly links you to any debt (if they have you name. If not, address the letter as "The Occupier"). Send this by recorded post (but keep a copy) so that you know that it has been delivered. If they then send you another threatening letter but no evidence, send them another letter saying that you will now be seeking legal advice as, due to the fact they cannot provide evidence of any debt being directly linked to you, they are now unduely harrassing you. Strangely enough, they suddenly lose interest and stop bothering you.

These people continually harass people who have already settled debts, which they buy from Wonga Pay Day Loans etc, even though they have been settled. Scum of the Earth !!!!
