   Missed Call - Called Back - And the same PPI S**t. The lady started off asking personal details, which I didn't reveal and asked what it is about. She doesnt want to listen when I said I am not interested and she can take off my name from her database.
   
   Am now receiving atleast 1-2 calls a day and 3-4 sms messages from various people/companies and I think it has crossed the limits to be tagged as harassment. Am not sure what OFCOM is doing about it.

   I too received a call at a funeral at 1020 this morning about so-called PPI, when asked how they got a ex directory number, they were reluctant to answer their source. I informed them a complaint will be submitted for their harrassment, I have also sent a letter to the BBC Panorama. programme who are investigating companies under various names.
   
   Please send complaints about this company practise to Stevenson & Drake, Winnington Lane Northwich Cheshire. Get their reply, then forward it onto BBC News, Wood Land London W12 8QT, and OFCOM, address on thier web site. I am also compiling complaining posts, and also have my solictior who will be interested in hearing further complaints, they are also trading as "National Accident".
   
   Please let us hear more complaints about this company so we can compile a dossier of Cold Calling by compaines such as this, who prey on the vulrenable

   Called Mob number twice today. As ever if I don't recognise the number I don't pickup. Called back on restricted office phone and guess what....trying to sell stuff you really don't need. Still some PPI insurance lottery win for me - would help if I'd taken it out in the first place....

    Called 3 times in last 24 hours: yesterday afternoon, caller said that she was from YouClaim, calling about mis-sold PPI (nonsense as we've never taken any.) I said that were were registered with TPS; she apologised & said this would be noted. This morning, a silent call. After that, I started searching and made an online complaint via OFCOM. At mid-day today, a third call - same spiel. I got put through to a supervisor, who apologised and said that our number would be put on a "blocked" list.
    
    If it really was a one-off, no-one else will read the following.

    UPDATE & CORRECTION
    
    It now appears that this number is used by a call centre, Zest Call Centre, who were acting for an organisation called "You Claim for Me" (or possibly "UClaim4me") which is nothing to do with YouClaim.
    Zest Call Centre appear to have been careless with both the TPS register and the name of the firm they represent (as on both occasions when I was spoken to by call centre staff, I only heard "You Claim" as the firm's name.) I have been contacted by YouClaim, and accept that they have nothing to do with Zest or UClaim4me.
    I am continuing with my complaint to OFCOM about Zest.

    Looking to see if you want to claim back PPI, but as per Which website, you shouldn't be using these companies but applying to your bank directly.

    I spoke 2 this company and they helped me claim bak over £10.000 so i dont know wat ya all moaning about!!! is it cause u cant claim any money bak so ya jealous!! i think there a fab company!!

    They are making unsolicited calls to private numbers, who they SHOULD NOT have in the first place, and preying on the vulrenable.

    obviously someone who works for the company. If you needed help claiming back money you're obviously swimming in the shallow end of the gene pool. Go to the FSA website, download the proforma letter and send it to the lender. That way you get to keep all the money and one letter is all it takes. And by the way, there is a H in what, a Y and an O in you and a C in back. And they're a fab company, not there a fab company. On second thoughts, maybe you would need a claims company as you obviously have problems with the written language. Oh, and as you can't differentiate between a comma and full stop, they helped you claim back the mightly sum of £10?
    
    This phone number is a phishing call (yes, spelt with a PH not F; look it up in the dictionary) and you should avoid at all costs.
