    Called 6 times today - started calling since we placed an order on 14th. Nobody ever speaks, just hang ups. Thanks to this website, we know what it is about and have asked to be removed from any of their lists as half a dozen calls on a Sunday, starting before 10am is excessive. We are starting to get very annoyed. Wierd though, when you call back the number the greeting is definitely AO and they say they open Mondays to Fridays on this number but we seemed to have an influx of calls during the weekends. Thanks to those who reported this number.

    AO would have received a 5 star buying experience but as they keep hanging up on us, we would have to deduct 2 stars and if they continue like they have, it will quickly become 1 star. We have contacted them on their form and customer services. Fingers crossed, we have no more calls.

    This number rang and I ignored it, Realised it was AO and thought it would be regarding delivery, it started out as that but very soon turned to a rather aggressive style of sales trying to sell insurance. I give my custom to companies that I think are trustworthy and do not expect to be harrassed with an 8 minute pushy phone call

    I won't answer calls that I don't recognize the number unless they leave me a voice mail then I will ring them back if I want to. No message left so I traced number online only to find it was the company I bought a washer/dryer off about a year ago. Never bothered ringing them back coz no doubt they'll by trying to sell something like a guarantee extension.

    I really was pleased with ao.com service buying a washing machine installed in under 24h. Until the call from this number: misleading, contacting under false premises, trying to hard sell insurance and not taking no as an answer. Would buy again from ao - but only when they stop this practice which is beneath a proper company.

    This is the AO. com booking/hard sell warranty number.
    The calls starts as polite booking confirmation and quickly digress's into a hard sell for a high priced extended warranty

    It is a call from AO.com (Appliances Online) so if you've bought some white goods online in the last few days they just call to discuss delivery (and sell you insurance!)
