01612562589 - At last! I spoke to someone! I had had answering machine empty messages and silent phone calls by the dozen. But tonight someone spoke and rattled on (difficult to understand foreign accent) about my network and they were from windows and every time I went on the internet something was corrupting my operating system. They then asked if I could sit in front of my computer so that we could sort it together.
O right - I was about to rush off and do that - so I politely told them that I did not believe they were kosher and ended the call.
Be aware, be very aware! Don't follow their instructions!
