Ambulance chasers, in a noisy call centre
"Hi <my name> I'm calling you about the minor road traffic accident you had recently"
NO I didn't have an accident so I simply hung up and added the number to my BLOCKED list.
I guess if I actually had an accident recently I MIGHT listen, so they just phone everyone and hope to call someone who has had an accident.
this practice should be BANNED.
