    Missed call from this number which left voicemail, very heavy African accent, female automated voice, sounded a bit garbled. Said someone was "filing a lawsuit against you, press one now to talk to your caseworker"

    I've heard of this scam doing the rounds, I've now blocked this number and registered it with "Should I answer" app as dangerous scam.

    Constant calls from this number saying HMRC are filing a lawsuit against me. Is just a recording so not genuine as HMRC would write, not phone.
