   Finally answered to this lady who claimed her name was something like Lesley Olive (very poor phone line hard to hear). She asked for my mothers name and I said that person wasn't available and could I help instead. She then proceeded with her script about how her records show that i had a minor car accident in the last 12 months... I tried to explain that she had the wrong person but she was having none of it. She then asked me to disclose details to her about this alleged accident. I said I didn't drive so i couldnt have had an accident, to which she responded "passengers can still have accidents". I then questioned this with "if I had an accident as a passenger, how would your records show it as passengers don't have car insurance". She repeated that passengers can have car accidents. I then asked her for details of this alleged accident to which she replied "you dont remember your own accident Mrs **** (mothers name)?" And I reiterated I was not the person she was trying to contact. So I got cross at this point and said she was makig this whole thing up and she went absolutely mental at me! "Are you callig me a liar Mrs *** (Mothers name)? The only liar here is you Mrs **** (mothers name)" I asked her how I was lieing and she just kept yelling and ranting at me repeating "your name IS Mrs **** (mothers name) you are a bad person how dare you call me a liar!!..." Etc when I asked for her comapny name she began shouting even more saying I was stupid for not knowing her comany name, then she hung up. Very odd, highly unprofessional and hardly a way to sell her product. Yeah dont bother answerig this one.
