Taken £89.50 from my debit card today. My bank, NatWest have told me to contact them directly for a refund. I don't hold much hope. Apparently they obtain your details if you apply for a loan from unreputable loan companies operating online.

I have checked my Bank statement.I don't really understand what has happened.They have taken a payment out of my Bank Account for over 80.00.I am going to report them to trading standards,to see if I can get my money back.It's a scam.I don't even know what I've supposedly paid for.Their pnone Number is on my bank statement.

I had the same problem, I kept phoning and this morning I was told the money would be in my account on the 1609 A couple of hours later the money was back in my account. Take note of the name of the person you spoke to and ask for everything discussed is put into an email. That's what I did. Good luck.
