   Same as previous comment, rang about an insurance claim & despite being politely told that I wasn't interested they have started ringing every day.
   
   Calling the number proves fruitless, it rings a couple of times & then disconnects.

   These people rang my mobile which I hardly ever use how did they get my number.Then before I could answer called my land line going on about an accident and claim for injuries.They rang my mobile from 01262 338073 which said it was bridlington and on my land line 01248 537465 which is bangor n.wales code.

   Phoning me about a 2 yea to old claim saying I was owed compensation. Had a lot of my details and address and said they'll hand deliver there letters in person. These people are located over half the country away. Very odd and annoying !!!

   This company have called numerous times , each time denying they have called before. Sometimes 2 or 3 times a day over an accident 2+ years ago, then threatened to report me to my insurance company - They should be banned

    despite having a non fault accident 2years ago i have had numerous calls from these people to the point ive had 3 today every time i hung up he rang me back continuing to annoy me enough is enough people !!

    Now using 0161 850 1033 same story,they and others pressurisng my wife to make a claim following a minor car accident 2 years ago. I grabbed the phone and told them to drop it I would be taking action. Reported to ICO.org.uk and blocked the number. My business suffered through fraudulent claims and people need to make a stand against these parasites

    calls daily about car accident a year ago and tell me I have an amount of money set aside for injuries. Despite telling them to stop calls and remove me from list, I still get calls. They are very good at quoting government legislation to save NHS money. And also quote category of claim?

    This company has been ringing me once a month on average since a car accident 18 months ago. My insurance company denies selling my details but I don't know how else Direct Assist would have got them. I have asked them to take me off their database but this hasn't worked. What is the point of continuing to ring me?

    This same company has 01344244074 and 01428865074 and possibly numerous others. Ringing about a claim and stating that they have £2000 to give me following a car accident over a year ago! They have rung 5 times (that I know of. They are rude and insistent.

    Have had several calls from this number regarding an accident. Although explaining I was never involved in any such accident and was out of the country when the alledged accident took place the calls continue. So fed up with these call I have told them where to get off to.

    I have had a number of missed calls from this number and decided to check it out online, as when I call it back there is no voicemail and it just disconnects. I know realise it's another company asking me to make a claim. I have had numerous calls from these company's. And have told them all I cannot claim. I am annoyed at aviva insurance for giving out my contact details .

    I had a call from these people again today asking for my father. I politely told him that he was not here and I got "whys that" very appropriate I think not. Very rude man also chomping on his lunch whilst talking to me. These people need to be stopped as I am getting sick and tired of being spoken to like I am a piece of crap!!

    Following a car accident 2 years ago I had a number of companies calling. They have mostly stopped when i repeatedly said I was not interested i making a personal injury claim (it is dishonest and results in everyone else's premiums going up). This number has persisted however.

    Rings our office (we are insurance brokers) 4 or 5 times per day and is disconnected when we introduce ourselves. Calling back the number rings off.
    Come on BT or whoever sort these nuisance people out and cut off their lines of communication.

    They keep calling my number and there is absolutely no reason to. They initially called about an insurance claim due to an accident. However, no one in this family was involved in an accident and their services certainly weren't needed. I don't know why, after having established that during previous calls, they keep on calling.
