This business of harassing, nuisance, cold phone calls should be illegal, but our government does bloody nothing about it, shameful! -

Umpteen calls asking if I am on a pension and if so I can get a free boiler if I am on benefits or a pension. When I asked why I was repeatedly called the caller just laughed at me and after a few seconds ended the call. You can't call back to complain to a Manager as the call won't connect. If true about the boilers, why are us workers funding boilers for people who don't work anyway?!!

I get them all the time and others. I am deliberately verbally abusive to them. As these are unsolicited calls phishing for info they cannot do anything about it other than hang up. I make personal comments about them, sexual, racist and very abusive and told them I will keep doing so every time they call. I am proud to say I have even made a few cry and get some bite back to try and make them get sacked.

They ring me and told me who they are but to be honest couldn't hear clearly cos I was on the bus and I asked what is about ? He starting to saying if I am interesting getting a refund for .... that word make me cut him in the middle of his talking and told him no mate thanks I am not interesting ..... he said you are not interesting for a refund ? And I know is rude but I hang down the phone.With this way is like a "statement" that if you ring me another time that's what you get. Usually when I hang it like this they don't call back ever again.I have an app on my phone Block caller you can't find tons of free apps like this and you can create a black list there put any number from call log or message log and next time they ring doesn't ring you at all just block them.But does not work when they call as unknown number.

had a call from this number 2 days ago. Asked them were they got my number form the said woman said from a website i said i don't give my number out, i only give it to people that need it. I never put it on a website. Sick of getting calls from these companys pain in the arse

Asked who they were, as didn't recognise number said if they were cold calling I wasn't interested. Then attitude became aggressive as I "needed" to listen to them. I asked for my number to be removed from database and not to call me again. They were still going on when I hung up. Now added to blocked list
