   Very persistent, insistent that I had bank accounts which I had paid monthly fees on. Turned mildly aggressive when I refused to budge. They still call on a daily basis.

   just had the very same experience. any perks on my bank account are invalid because the bank didn't ask me the correct questions about my health etc.Hung up and hjave blocked their number

   Saying the successfully pursuited a PBA claim for me but failed to provide the document i signed agreeing they could have 39% of the fee! Several intrusive,informal and insulting phone calls since and reluctant to cooperate with them.

   I had a phone while I was asleep. It woke me but I wasn't coherent so said they woke me up and to call back another time. I had no other phone calls but got a letter saying they were re-opening my case. I've never heard of this company in my life. Should I just ignore? Pretty sure I didn't agree to anything while I was half asleep.

   I foolishly signed up. They issued an invoice, chased payment every week even before I had received it. They can't tell me the bank or account details or even the amount I received as a payout. I have put in 2 formal complaints, both they have rejected. Do not use them they are a bunch of fraudsters

   Had a call asking for me by name, said that they had got my PPI back for me. They know the bank that I had dealt & asked if I had a account with them now, told them no had new one, they asked which, I told them the first one that came into my head. Asked what type I said saving one, asked about insurance, said don't want any. They put phone done.

    Received call on my mobile, I don't know anyone in Manchester. Put it on silent and allowed it to go to missed call then checked this site. Will continue to do so if they call again.
    No intention of dignifying these timewasters with a response.

    How are these guys still able to get away calling on daily basis and pestering people!? It's not even a private number, is there no way of reporting them so they're blocked or taken down for good? Unbelievable!

    had 3 calls in 2 days. woman very insistent that she wasn't asking for any information that compromised my security and didn't know why I would not give her more information.
    very uncomfortable call. blocked them

    Call me regularly, answered once and was told it was related to Premium Bank accounts. Told them I didn't have one (a lie to get them off the phone) and they have called again today (about a month later).

    Started off by saying he had good news for me, but that it wasn't to do with mis-sold PPI. Claims to be able to retrieve monies for additional services on your bank account. I told him I don't have that sort of bank account and that I didn't appreciate being cold-called in such a manner. Very polite man, said he'd remove my number from their lists. We'll see...
