Some cheeky **** ringing me up and deliberately calling me by another name, goading me. So I asked him how he had my surname spelt out in front of him, which was correct; however, he was saying completely different. Now you might think I am been sensitive, it's not that, I am extremely laid back. However, I have put a complaint in against the DWP for racism about my surname. since i have done that i have been receiving letters, calls with people spelling my surname incorrectly like the DWP. Taunting me, deliberately provoking me, so ultimately it makes me look sensitive and aggressive. He has now banned me from talking to him because of my attitude. This was there intention from the start. So it can be used against me at a later date.
