Claiming to call from windows and told me I have a problem with my PC, which is not true. I told them I know it's a scam and they just hung up. Be careful!
I dont have a computer, but a laptop. I hung up and they called me back on 0161 609 8197 stating that I was thick and computer illiterate. Great customer service........
