very rude man called.
Said he was conducting energy readings in the area and wanted to talk about that. He had a Lancashire/Mancunian accent which fits with the Manchester area code.
He was trying to make it sound like he was from a council or energy watchdog type place.
I asked if he was a private company trying to sell something. He said "No"
He went on again saying he was taking energy readings as he was conducting a survey..... I said "you're conducting a survey on behalf of who?"
He said "I don't have to listen to this" and hung up.
They're clearly scammers trying to sell home insulation or something.... very rude and sneaky scumbags
