This is a company who when they called me after an accident claimed to have been set up in 2013 to ensure that the affected party is fairly treated in terms of the accident repair to your car being sorted quickly and efficiently and that the insurance company is doing everything it can. Sounds good to me.....Except that within 20 mins of trying to reassure me, the call soon changed to money and that I would be guaranteed a payout and wouldn't 75% of £4,000 be better than 100% of a lesser amount that the insurance company would pay out.
Also the caller's language changed from calling me sir and my partner my wife to calling me mate and her "missus". They will call you on various numbers but this is their main number. Just beware!
