The clients can have their own page with their information and photo. The individual can email them and if they like what they read and see can email back. A first meeting can be held in some public place. So long as the individual pays their way there and back as long as the distance is reasonable. The client can pay a fair amount.
The agency called Companion and has another name or another branch with same number 07810 827 925 ask for the individual to hand over a percentage of their takings from the client. Why? Surely the client can pay the agency first. It seems that maybe the client does not exist and it is the agencys' of getting the public to hand over for example clients pays individual £60.00 then individual hands over £10.00 to the client. Surely the client can pay the agency after he/she pays the client. It is pointless the client paying the indivual and the individual pays the client when the client can pay the agency after paying the individual.
All is needed is sufficient from the client. Age, Job Title, Height, Country of Origin etc. White, Coloured/Black etc. And a few details about character.
There seems to be something here not right.
They can meet in a public place.
So long as the individual makes it clear via email that he/she leaves alone which way by whichever mode of travel.
A good agency will let the clients page be seen. The clients want someone to accompany them and to listen so it is not down to looks. The world is not full of super people and it is not what the clients are always looking for. Just someone to accompany them and to listen. If they are not happy with looks then they can pay less but a fair amount as they want someone to listen and to accompany them. As long as the individual is content.
It is not a date but just for a few hours or more or less. Then there is the next one.
Then the agency and the individual have a contact number for safety.
Where no agency lets the public see the clients page then there are no clients.
If the clients do not want their photos to be seen then a blank profile is all that is needed until the individual emails and if the client likes what he/she reads then client can email the individual and ask for details and if the individual likes, a photo, or can leave out the photo till a reply is sent. Then if the client likes what he/she reads can email back and a meeting can be arranged after photos have been exchanged.
Photos do not need to be exchanged at first. The photo does not need to be put on to the profile it can be sent whichever way is easiest for the client or the individual. So long as the client is with the agency. A police check is not needed only if the client is important. M.P. or above.
Then if photos are exchanged and a meeting is arranged and both client and individual let the agency know then the meeting dinner theatre whatever can take place and the agency and individual has a contact number for security reason and after the client pays the individual can pay the agency.
A good agency will let the public see the clients page so long as the client states which agency he/she is with and their contact number.
This is about all such agencies.

Who do House of Ladies need a police check? The client if they exist is going to decide who they like to accompany them. The public is not going to take advantage of the client. It seems that H.O.E are just trying to give the impression they are better than the others but no one knows if they are any better.
We know that police checks are for security but it is only for the current times we live in.
If the client wants a police check then he or she can email the individual and ask. So long as he or she gives their job title. So that the individual know who they are to reply to via email.
If the individual wants to reply with a police check then they can do so. But a police check is not necessary. Only if it is an M.P or someone important.
Then there is the web cam interview. All is needed is a photo and some information regarding the individual. A first meeting can be the client pays what he/she considers fair so long as the individual pays their way their and back. So long as the client pays a fair amount and the initial journey is at a reasonable distance.

Usually a good agency as the type on this page should be good. Only the bad ones need a police check.
I do not have their number but it can be looked up. They do not charge for admin or so their information states. But who knows if they will not ask when they are contacted.
They should not ask people for a police check. If they have clients then the clients pay. The public is not going to take advantage of them.

First job was cancelled the afternoon of the date ... I will not give up as they are under many guises. I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere. Have reported them but bank cannot trace money as it was a direct transfer. I have attempted to contact the kylefiles because he investigates rogue traders. When I get contact details will you all please contact him if I post them to here. We need to stick together and get our money back. If we stick together we will. They cannot get away with this.

I paid £180 for 6 months, as was told I had a booking for the Saturday night for £600 minimum which was really good for me as I am being threatend with becoming homeless with my two sons, I borrowed the money off a friend to pay the £180, the day of the bookig David told me the bloke was stuck in a meeting in Milton Keynes and Sally would ring me back on Monday for a booking she hasn't yet and looking. Through my emails her email address has been removed! Anyone know what I can do, I'm living on £30 a week and trying to keep a roof over my kids head, I feel completely used after looking at these reviews and annoyed they wud take that much off a young single mother :(

They will in turn give you a crime number and password. With this crime number you can go to your bank and they will help you retrieve the money you have paid out. Please everyone do this. Just put in my details & they called me back within 2day making it sound really easy to warn money say ov I have a date lined up for the Wednesday coming. They wanted £279 from me which I don't have in the first place! I was almost going to pay today and I told my friend & she googled elegant companions me being stupid only googled dates for hire. The woman that called was call leah well so called!! The funny thing is I knew straight away being they wanted money straight away & that they wanted me to put it in a Irish bank account and I live in Wigan!!! I didn't see this forum before i was in contact with DFH - Unfortunately i too have fallen into their trap and paid £200.
Nicky was constantly calling before to chase me for the money, and since hasn't been in contact at all!
I have email untold time as well as leaving messages with 'reception' and David - who is Extremely Rude!
However still no response.
Has anyone managed to get their money back?

dupedgirl replied 4/13/14, 4:09 PMI've actually got a plan that will work against them.leave small claims court because you've to pay 900sterling to lodge claim.what i've planned is worse for them financially.the deposit is gone.we wont get them back however every fresh discussion where "nice" david says he will organise new dates and come back to us is actual a new breach of a new contract.contracts can be verbal & written between both parties and so far he's breached mine and yours too.the company is registered in ireland so can lodge court proceedings against them there where the damages being awarded are trebble over here.i've also reported their irish bank for suspected money laundering and suspected fruad and have done the same with irish and english police... He thinks he's clever and got away with it but he doesnt know irish law inside out like me(im irish) and he can either spend time in prison and be sued. Then they set up prospective first date.he or she gets delayed and then they will try and get you out asap the next night or following week and then what.one sense they are scam artists but then the website is detailed and why would they release bank account details to me?? Hello I payed 100 which was apprtly for a four month go live on there website with gauranteed booking from a women called jess, I had a booking for a dinner date for Friday for 425 with a gentleman called Simon then on the day it was canceled and I've never heard from them it's only been two days but after googling the number and al the complaints I no it's a load of crap
Am so sorry to hear what happened to you.
I too have been speaking to a lady called Jess who asked me to pay £140 for a 6 months advertising.
After seeing what you have written, I am hesitant to give them my money as I have been scammed 4 times in the past.
I would like to know If they have made any attempts to contact you since the last booking was cancelled. what is the situation now.
