Phoned about loft insulation we had put in some years ago (probably just a good guess - most people have?) Sounded very reasonable. He said there might be a problem with it and they needed to inspect it. They would make an appointment to do it now. When I said that now wasn't convenient and they would already have all of the details on their system, he hung up mid-sentence. Very odd. Think he wanted to come round and say I'd need it all redone at whatever cost it would be, but I never found out.
