I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FRO THIS COMPANY & A WOMAN INTRODUCED HERSELF (FROM THE COMPANY) & CLAIMED I HAD LIFE INSURANCE TO WHICH I CLEARLY DENIED STRAIGHT AWAY -SHE WAS MOST INAPPROPRIATE CALLING ME LOVELY (BEING NICE ABOUT IT) MORE THAN ONCE. I ASKED HER TO CONFIRM HER NAME AGAIN & QUESTIONED WHY I WANTED IT SO QUICKLY TERMINATED THE CALL
I SINCE SPOKE TO A GY FROM THE COMPANY WHO WAS HAPPY TO REVEAL HIMSELF AS MARK IVES & MENTIONED IT TO HIM & WAS MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL IN HIS CONVERSATION - HE ALSO THEN TOOK THE OPPORTUNITY TO TRY & ASK ME ABOUT LIFE INSURANCE & DENIED IT AGAIN -HE THEN SPOKE TO ME RUDELY & SAID YOU VE GOT MY DETAILS IF I NEED TO DISCUSS I CAN CALL HIM & HE SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN-ANYONE ELSE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY
