Just had a call from these idiots.
I've never had PPI in my life, but she's phoning to tell me that she's sending me a letter in the next few days explaining how I'm owed £2,500 in PPI refunds.
I asked her if the letter would have their address on, so that I could return it without a stamp and waste their money.
She said it would have a freepost return envelope in it.
I said "Good. I'll fill it full of heavy crap and post it back to you".
She said "OK. Bye"
Does that mean I won't get my letter?
