British call centre with very rude staff! I requested SEVERAL times to be removed from their list as I had no interest but they are like robots and insist on repeating the same thing over and over again then hang up on you - I was fuming so called back and despite saying directly again that I want them to remove me from their directory the guy who answered then tried to go back through the same script and was trying to make me feel sorry for him even though it was his @"#t company that called and hung up on me!! Ridiculous! Bully tactics as bad as those used by the banks in the first place - ironic really!
