   When I went to answer this call I got a message telling me that all operators were busy and if I would like to call them their n umber was.

   Asked to speak to my wife, when told she was not available become aggressive and threatened to call me multiple times a day until he spoke to her.

   Called to ask if he could discuss the cost of funerals in my area. I said my number is registered with the Telephone Preference Service. He said I'm sorry for the mistake - but am I aware of the cost of funerals. I asked if he was aware of how the TPS worked and he said yes, but he would still like to discuss the cost of funerals, is that's ok?. I said NO - because that goes against the requirements of the TPS - call ended
