Man just called me with the same accident response claim cr*p as others have reported. This is the 3rd call from the same person in the past 2 weeks!
Each time I have asked them to take us off their list but they keep on calling.

Phoned and asked to speak to me on my work mobile by my birth name (which i never use) and said the nature of his call was regarding my road traffic accident - after asking for them to remove my details he proceeded to say i sounded "well fit, so i suppose..." and i hung up.. block block block!

I had this number call me today and with it coming up as Manchester of course I would be worried, especially as of the attacks last night. I think it was a scam number as they asked to speak with Mrs Stanley, which I am not (although will be in 11 days time ironically!) After I said I wasn't who they were after they hung up on me.

Called to ask me if I'd had a road traffic incident back in 2015. After being asked if he had any more details on the incident, like the cars and registration numbers of those cars, he had no details available apparently - Which smelt fishy. So I asked him who was supposedly at fault and who the compensation was supposedly for, and he replied 'You'. Which confirmed it to me. I did have a road traffic incident but I was legally found to be at fault and a payout had already been paid by my insurance company. This is just an annoying little company in the Northwest trying to throw shit at the wall, hoping some of it will stick by obtaining peoples details from buying them off marketing companies and calling random people with very little information on them, hoping they will get someone to confirm a road traffic incident that they can get a referral pay out from. The guy ended up being quite rude and sarcastic once I'd told him that I knew he was from a nuisance claims company.
