I just had a call from this number too, claiming to be "D M Experts".
The person he asked to speak to, 'Ben', does not exist on my number or at my address and I have been plagued with calls lately from some company claiming to be something to do with the Office of Fair Trading, who also always asks for 'Ben', but they have the sense to block their number.
The bogus OFT calls are nearly always a barely audible Indian voice, and this call today from "D M Experts" was similar, so wouldn't be surprised if they're all the same people/persons calling.
Very annoying though. Bah.
