This man is called Steven Burton, he has an assistant called Sara Parker.
They phone up small businesses offering advertising in a Community and Road Safety magazine. They say they will send copies of the magazine to local outlets if you book an advert. They operate as Fluid Media and PM Designs. They have no website and don't answer the phone or emails.
The magazine doesn't exist and you get nothing for your money. If they succeed, and the victim pays, they send another invoice from another company trading out of the same address.
They are very persistent and very dishonest. Six months later they call again and say they have magazines to deliver and they want to check address details. As soon as you engage in conversation they issue another fake invoice and demand payment.
If they call put the phone down immediately.
