Same as others - recorded message stating HMRC starting a case against me (without even knowing who they were speaking to) and press 1 to speak to case handler. Hung up on scammer.

My elderly mother just received a call from this number. They are clearly spoofing the number to make it look genuine. An initial recorded message saying the call was from HMRC and to press a number to speak to the case officer.. As we have advised her Mum hung up but these scam calls do really upset her.
