I told the caller in no uncertain terms to remove my number from the database immediately but was told by the arse on the phone that he 'didn't want to' and was going to 'call me everyday to annoy me'... I have since blocked this number from my phone but want to find out who I can ring to complain!

Rang me - long pause. Eventually a "non-british accent" at the other end telling me I had qualified for a free boiler but then asked if i was the home owner. Almost certainly Phishing for details. I told them I'm on TPS. She apologised, said she'd remove my details and hung up... Still don't trust them though.

had 15 calls off this number so blocked it then I thought I would answer it . its first call ppi .I said hello what do you want has every time I call you the number says can't take this call .he said that I have ppi I said who said that .he said you have ppi I said I don't he said I do , so I said ok what's my name then .he said we don't have your name I said well I don't have ppi now go and take your hook .he became very rude and aggressive to me I stated go away before I call the police has my calls are recorded .if you have a android phone download call blocker .you can ban any call you don't know or if they keep calling you. you can block them .its call blocker

Constantly calling, sometimes several times a day. Now saved as 'do not answer' on my mobile, but they also call the land line and I never give out that number unless it's absolutely necessary.

A man called david with indian voice called me, he knew my name and asked me how long I have been living in UK. I answered and then the communication was ended. i tried to call back but it was imposisble.

"David", who had an Indian sounding voice told me he was calling from the PPI company,and when I asked why he said he had my details on his database. When I asked for his surname 'For my records' he mumbled it so I asked him to spell it. He went silent and tried to start talking about PPI again so I asked again. He then sighed and hung up on me.

3 calls from this number in 48 hours. They don't know my details or name and just ask if I was involved in an accident in the last 5 years to see if they can claim PPI insurance. I thought from 06 April 2015 these companies got fined huge amounts for this but its obviously not stopping them!

Box4949. Lancing, (Worthing), West Sussex, BN9 9YS. Concentrix have a 'Contract' with hmrc to 'check' personal details of any 'customer' of HMRC. Upon 'profiling data', itself breaching the Data Protection Act 1998 {www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1998), your data is sold on for profit {https://www.gov.uk/data-protection/make-a-complaint}. In consequence there will be an increase in 'cold calls' - Digital Mail Ltd, Lepus Marketing Ltd, Bruno-Franklin amongst others.
The Responsible person is Louise Boyle, 'freelance-debt investingations manager' currently under the guise of 'Director, Consentrix'. Due to the 'contract' between HMRC and Consentrix Ms Boyle has an email address of {[email protected]} and falls under the definition given by cps {http://cps.gov.uk/legal/1_to_0/misconduct_in_public_office} with reference to {http://www.sfo.gov.uk/fraud/what_is_fraud.aspx}. Ms Boyle is criminally liable in wilfully and maliciously entering false, misleading and fraudulent allegations and Data regarding tax pay employees, those on Working Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit and the self-employed. Do nnot make complaint via normal HMRC complaints.
