   The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. This company called Digital Mail Ltd needs to be stopped, can't someone do something about these calls? This company can't do anything, other than claim the calls is not originating from them and what law is to protect us from this idiocy. I get several of these calls every day, the automated calls go on after I put the phone down. I can't dial out, people can't reach me until they put the phone down. It is damaging my business, yet they can keep calling without any sort of penalty? I don't understand why a law can't come in where companies like Digital Mail are barred from spoofing UK landlines to dupe you into thinking these are calling from within our country as mentioned on http://notes.dmclub.net/1094 how to spoof dmClub numbers (this is Digital Mail Ltd brand name) from anywhere in the world on any telephone number. The company directors should be fined and disqualified from operating as a UK Telecoms company, as they are pretending the calls are not coming from them. This company is making such a huge profit at our expenses, the same scammers have been using their telephone numbers for over 3 years now, yet the company has been aware of the problem and does not want to take action and yet get this sorted out as their main priority of having a clean proper telephone network like BT, or I would not cringe every time a 0161 939 number calls my business line. For everyone information, these scammers have been ringing my business phone under different numbers 0161 939 0075, 0161 939 0225, 0161 939 0228, 0161 939 0335, 0161 939 0442 and 0161 939 0454. As more and more of us start ignoring these types of calls, just like many have ignored 0161 939 0454, now they are ringing us again on 0161 939 0454 to harass us on. Please do share the pain back with them Digital Mail's telephone is 020 7060 2000, please do call them back!!!!

   Still getting the same PPI calls again from these morons once again. These are the same PPI cold callers, and I still play I play along with them with them when I answer the phone. I normally speak to a South African chap who then starts to get very aggressive and loud when I asked him simple questions repeats himself once again. He keeps telling me that my bank owes me money, I always ask him which bank might owe me this money. I ask him should ring them myself, then repeats to me over and over that I am owed money from my bank. I keep asking which banks owes me this money, and how I am owed this money. This is a simple straight forward question, he could not answer. This chap did not like having to do one bit explaining on how I am owed this money. All this chap wanted was a credit card, my full name, address, and postal code. This is so my could process a claim against my bank. He never told me which bank owes me this money, until he answered a simple question. I was not prepared to him squat bout me. This chap got louder, demanding, and barking orders at me to give me my full name and postal details, and credit card number as it is now a legal requirement. He even wanted to know who he was speaking to on the other end of the telephone. I told him bluntly in a polite manner as he was the person who rang my landlines claiming my banks owes me a refund. He should know who I am, ans what bank owes me this money, if he ain't prepare to tell me this information. I told him that this is a dead call, as I refused to tell him who I am. He still continued his aggressive approach and spoke to louder as he was disciplining a child that I would get trouble for not confirming my identity and credit card to him. I asked him once again to politely to come off his script and answer my questions about his alleged refund. This chap still kept reading his poorly written script and was barking orders at me, demanding I give him tell him who I was or I will get arrested. So I just put the phone on the table and walked away and decided to watch Judge Rinder on the telly. You could hear his aggressive ranting shouts over the television at times, I kind of asked how unprofessional these scammer truly are. This chap eventually gave up after 30 minutes of realising I was not at the receiver, just because I would not give him my credit card number, so can use it commit fraud with it. How many more telephone numbers would I get from these scammers and they must be coming from Digital Mail's VoIP network, not spoofed by an unknown party as claimed by the morons at Dee and Club. It seems pointless to answer any more calls from the 939 Manchester number or the 3000 and 7060 London range as well. I hope Dee and Club or Digital Mail gets struck down by the government soon, because I can not take this any more!

   I've received a call on my mobile phone today from 0161 939 0236 telling me that I've had a loan and I'm entitled to a refund plus interest because I was mis sold the loan. In the first place neither my husband or myself have had a loan from our bank or on any credit card. The caller went on to name all the credit cards that I could own and from any bank (naming banks) that I may have had a card or loan from. Also where on earth have these people had my mobile telephone number from. It seems after speaking to this chap for several minutes, it is the same foreign call centre kept calling from a noisy place and shouting 'hello'. This is when they called my mobile 0161 939 0454 and 0225. These telephone calls are really getting on my nerves! as I have never so many missed calls from these 0161 numbers and their is no way to stop them. No idea who they are other than being a PPI company with a vague name, but I am assuming it's something to do with a phishing scam with debit and credit cards. They keep on insisting which I mean by pretending that are in Manchester and demand I give them personal information about myself and husband. These calls all seem to start and stop around particular time periods during the day. You can not ask them to stop calling you or they will shout loudly at you. I even put the phone down on this aggressive chap, who rang back shouting to the top of his lungs demanding why I hung up on him. All he wanted to do was save me and my husband money. I obviously did not appreciate him being screamed at down the phone by a stranger, as I put the phone again down again on him being so aggressive. He then called straight back shouting at me again for putting the phone down on him a second time. He kept ringing my mobile non stop and each time I just cancelled the call, so what is the point of talking to them. Absolutely disgusting as Digital Mail is aware of this PPI scam problem, and simply refuse to sort out their clients for us. I'll reporting Digital Mail again to anyone I can at this time I would take cthonus advice once again and telephone Digital Mail every time their client rings me on 020 7060 2000, as blocking them never did work at all for these particular scammers. This call centre keeps using changing their numbers to another Digital Mail 0161 939 number. I think it is a way around the block as many block them from their phones. So telephoning Digital Mail is our only viable option at this time as blocking them does not work and Digital Mail's number once again is 020 7060 2000.

   I had a phone call today from this company saying I have had ppi. I explained because of my age I do not have anything to have ppi for. He said I was a liar, he was horrible to me on the phone and he said I sounded like a 40 year old woman. It seems this scam is ongoing as I was owed money a couple months ago on a cheque I made to my bank, these people can not stay within their plot of their scam too long. They all speak horrible English, on the part let me help you get a refund from your bank. This is all script reading. This was based on when I asked which bank owed me this refund, all they could tell at this point no information can be divulge on me due to data protection reasons. I always tell them I can not tell them owt bout me, because they total strangers, and I am only 16. These scammers get very aggressive demanding I tell them my full name is, address, and postcode. I think so they can send me some sort of package through the post. Many of the callers I deal with from starting from 0161 9390 numbers, all belonging to Digital Mail. They always avoid answering the question how I qualify for a PPI refund and what bank owes me this refund. I am now have warning my family and friends about this new number that Digital Mail has given to their clients, as more keep blocking instead of reporting them. I spoke to his manager about it, told him my age. Before he can remove my details, he needs to speak to my parents. I am so sick of getting 20+ calls a day from Digital Mail, I wanted them to stop calling me. I rang the this number back on my mobile after the last call, wondering if Digital Mail is trying to sell this telephone number as well. All I could hear the number can not forward the call, using the same robot people on their 0161 939 0225 number. So this number is a active number belonging to Digital Mail's client. It is very obvious that this scam is never going away as more telephone numbers are being used in a PPI scam 0161 939 0225 and 0161 939 0454. I wonder how they can claim in their defence that these numbers are being spoofed all the time, as it almost sounds like a ploy to throw us off their scent for this so called PPI scam. I hope the company Dee and Club trading as (Digital Mail Ltd) gets fined heavily for their role in this scam.

   Irritating call about records showing miselling of PPI to me and I am due a refund. After going through the questions and asking how many credit cards do I have, are they all paid off, I clearly explained I don't have credit cards! Nuisance call. Avoid.
