Very nice polite guy (Jamie) rang to find out my business insurance renewal. Gave him the details and email and said he will be in contact 30 days before the renewal to offer me a free no obligation quote

Phoned and asked for MD by his first name, totally annoying that they think they are buddies and don't have to use the last name. When asked for full name they do have it so why not use it in the first place. Trying to find out insurance renewal date, politely told them that we are not willing to discuss.
