This number kept calling my house over the last month, up to 6 times a day. Which was becoming a nuisance.
The best action is to email the company - Wendy, Customer Team Leader to stop these calls (See earlier entry from 7th Jan 2015) - Many thanks to this person for publishing the contact details. :) -

I keep getting calls from +1 (622) 845-392. I never answered as I have no readson to receive an international call. Its the same number as talked about here just with an American country code? I am not sure if this is technically possible, but could it be from the same caller?

Numerous silent calls, dial them back you get a recorded message saying that you have had a call from Energy helpline and that they will call you back, this is either harrassment or they are checking when the house is occupied prior to breaking in.
Look at the name of one of the directors and add the fact they are fundraising and ask yourself would you trust these people -

Constant calls! Finally answered and this lady was rude, badgering, wouldnt let me speak! Never spoke to someone so rude before! I have had atleast 10missed calls this week even after saying I do not want them to change my provider!

got fed up ignoring them so answered today, they set out to confirm my real name, when questioned as to who they where, they promptly hung up. effort to call them back was blocked as this number was listed by o2 as not recognized even though they called me on this mobile daily. seems like a scam caller.

Something Worked reported unknown with the number +441622845392 as Telemarketer
For the last 3 months, I had between 4-8 calls per day from this number. I tracked them down - it was due to an "Energy Helpline" price comparison site I had used the year before the calls started. Telling them to go away was not working, so I contacted their head office - here's the person as of now who seems to have removed me from their call list (no calls today!):
It appears to have worked. After sending the above email, I heard back from the person below and she told me (in writing) that within 24 hours the calls would stop. You may simply write to her directly if you like. Good luck - here are her details:
