called by a woman and said "i believe you've been involved in a car accident that was not your fault" I asked "when was that?" and she hung up

I've just had a similar experience from this number. When I asked her to repeat the name of the company she became evasive. After some persuasion she said she worked for Pearl Advise Services and got the details of my accident from the RTAR or "Road Traffic Accident Report " when I asked her the date of the accident she hung up.
