Got a phonecall that was a computer generated voice telling me that the caller was Emma McIntosh from Proficient Helpdesk. 'Emma' then asked me about an accident that I 'had recently had, that wasn't my fault'. When told that it was incorrect - she abruptly hung up. No apology for wasting my time, just a very rude woman. I don't know who she is or what she really wants, but I will find her and shit on her doorstep.
