This is NOT MS. It's a scam company who will either take remote control over your PC and demand ransom for it, or place key stroke logging software on it and thereby access your banking details and anything else it fancies. I simply cannot believe that "fluffy joe" marked this number as trustworthy. If you ring Microsoft, they'll tell you it's nothing to do with them. And why would it be? Does anyone seriously imagine that MS has a)such a high standard of customer care that they ring you to advise you of a problem you're having, or b)that they even have such a database? Get real!
