Kikelomo Nutt took a deposit for a property I accepted for rent. Two days later she said landlord had accepted another tenant. I requested a refund of my £500 deposit, only to be told that she was keeping £75 for administration even though she says landlord got his own tenant.
I'm now liasing with trading standards to retrieve my money as I'm £75 out of pocket. I'm in Gravesend, can imagine if she does it to ten people a week.
