Claimed to be from BT and were asking about the speed of our internet.
They had called my direct dial at work & not the switchboard so was clearly off from the start. I just said 'yeah, it's really really slow' to keep him talking and to see what info they might give me, & he said 'how long has this been going on for?' I replied you have called a company not a private individual & he said 'why are you wasting my time you b*tch.' Then he hung up on me.
